A1 Motor Training — Licence not received

Sir, I have given my Driving test for Four Wheeler and two at Andheri RTO on May- 2014 & passed the test. And it was informed by RTO Agent (A1 training school malad west) that License will come directly through postal service within 7 days. It has been 9 months now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license. i am going twice a week for my licence but not giving proper answer.
