(I) Purchase 2 kurta sets from aachoo on October 17th, each costing Rs 5, 247 /-
Only one kurta set was send and the other did not reach me and the tracking number sent by the retailer does not exist and cannot be tracked. I need to be reimbursed with an amount of Rs. 5, 247 from this store.
(2) i made a purchase on 17 October for a kurta set costing Rs 2, 906. I changed my mind and immediate sent a cancellation request to customer service. As per their policy stated online, all cancellation are refundable if cancellation is done within 24 hours, but now they say “ we cannot refund”
I need my money back.(Rs. 5247 and Rs.2, 906)
