I booked a door to door packers and movers service with Aadhunik Packers and movers (from Chandigarh to Bangalore). When i received the goods here, i was surprised to see that the original carton in which my luggage was packed was not there. Instead it had a different packing (company says it had to replace the box as it got damaged midway ) . The box didn't have all my luggage and some of the things were missing . Company(Aadhunik packers ) isn't taking any responsibility for this and is neglecting my calls.Moreover, i transferred a 2 wheeler with them which also received some dents and scratches .
They are not taking any claims for it .This is due to their negligence and unprofessional services. please act. i have paid them 31000 rs for the relocation Was this information helpful? |
