Aaina Kapur — transaction occurred, but ticket have not got booked

Dear Sir / Madam,
Today I booked 5 E-tickets from Amritsar to New Delhi through IRCTC. After finishing booking of ticket with my SBI Net-Banking there an error occurred. Finally I found that the money is deducted from my account for the transaction but tickets are not booked.

For your info my the ref number of transaction is "[protected]" my SBI account number is [protected]

Please do the need full to get back my money without any deduction
