On 1'st Apil I called Aakar enterprises on mobile number [protected]. On 2'nd April a technician came and removed one Split AC, Installed another Split AC, and filled the GAS in AC. ( my residential address : Dwarkadheesh Garden, RH-42, Opp Hotel Shivar Garden Car parking, Rahatani, Pune-411017 ). He told me that the AC cooling will be effective as GAS has been refilled, and in case of any issues reach out to him for prompt service and maintenance.
From 16th April the AC is not throwing Cool Air, I Reached out to him on 17 th April, and since then he is just bluffing & misguiding me with dates & alternate times to fix the issue, and now he is not picking up my phone.
I even tried reaching the techiniton ( Mobile no: [protected] )who visited my Home, he picked my phone for 1'st time and later he did not, Regardless you call him multiple times.
I had paid Rs 3000 in Cash and Rs 200 via GPAY. I have attached the receipt of GPAY. In total I paid him Rs 3200 for this service.
I thought Aakar Enterprises is reliable & Trusted, as JUSTDIAL shared his number and this is all the misery which i am receiving at the end.
I am frustrated, tired of reaching him out, please help me with this.
