Aakash Aqua Tech — No receipt given for the money paid, Not delivered the good promised

I bought a 250 liter R O plant from Aakash aquatech from Salem. They took part of the money by cash (from my house) for which they never gave a receipt. I signed on a invoice I did not get a copy of the invoice. They have provided low quality material and the parts of the RO plant were used ones and had not papers or package on them. I did not get one year warranty nor free service for a year which I was promised. After two years, recently they changed a part of the RO plant ( in an exhcange offer) for which again they insisted that I pay cash ( with no reciept) and I got a card for free service for one year. The amount (Rs 15000) was written on the card but soon after that I have had many leakage in the plant but they keep assuring me that the service person will be coming shortly. Even after 20 days time and several phone calls they have not yet repaired the leakages . I finally threatened to go to the police and they say that I have not paid the full amount for the RO plant two years ago and I will get a legal notice
