My son is enrolled in 2yrs Hybrid online NEET coaching in Aakash Institute, Bypass Road, Madurai.
Before admission they speak sweet coated words, after admission they dont follow what is agreed.
I wanted to escalate the issues to higher officials but in vain as it goes in deaf ear.
Tried calling their customer care, they follow a strategy to hang the call for long duration so that it gets cut automatically.
