Bajaj has been charging me with an amount of 115 rs on my card. The same had been deducte last year as well but I turned a blind eye. This is undisclosed and unethical. There is no way your call can be routed to cc except fraud case. The bot keeps on giving useless options and the call is disconnected by mannerless cc on their own. I had the call on for an hour just to hear the bot saying ' your call will be answered'. I have the recordings. If the company does not manage to arrange a call back tomorrow, I will be forced to go to consumer forum and see to it that the company faces severe consequences for such unethical behavior.
