Aakriti Builders (ag8) Bhopal — selling a non govt approved project and now not refunding the money paid for the same

Companies owner Hemant some sold me a non approved commerical shop to me and others which was to be delivered in 2018, but the project approval is yet pending and the entire company and its CMD Hemant Soni is not refunding money taken against the same with interest despite several calls to Hemant Soni and his CFO Ravi Haryanvi.
Hemant Soni has no spine and is thief who has cheated lakhs of people like me and is now hidding behind Congress netas of mp.
Where are you Mr.Modi . Help us with our hard earned money which is being enjoyed by these thief's like Hemant Soni .
Please have him and his entire family behind bars and also all his property attached to the govt.
