I have booked for an home appointment for haemoglobin test today (11/09/2019) around 6.30am-7.00am. Yesterday around 5.00pm, i have contacted customer care chennai over phone and i confirmed my appointment as well. Till now, i did not receive any message/information related to my home appointment. When contacted customer care over phone, i did not receive proper response. Fed up with the service provided. They were not even interested to hear my query. What a kind of management/ service do they provide. Will not even recommend their service to any of my relatives/neighbour Was this information helpful? |
