I was submitted my sony xperia e1 phone for repair at aar vee infoservices, grant road west, mumbai - 04 on 06.02.2016 but estimate given by them is on higher side, so i refuse for repair, so now i ask back for my mobile on 08.02.2016. But they are refusing to give me without paying them a charge of rs.250 which they say is there checking charges, which they have not written or mention anywhere in there service note nor they said me before submitting my mobile for repair.
