Aarya Realities Nagpur — Flat booking balance amount not returning

I was booked a flat 3.5 lakhs to Aarya realities Nagpur on 06.05.2012 and cancelled after a few months from booking date due to some financial problems. Builder said i will return your full amount after when booking that flat from other else so that i waited and up to now I get only 03 lakhs after so many harassment and mantel disturbance by dt. 17.12.13, 16.06.2014 & 10.02.2015 in three instalments and still 0.5 lakhs is balance and builder is not giving. I am very much frustrate and disappointed now from this type happening from last 03 years. Kindly help me.

sir i[censored] had any problem regarding flat booking or monetary issues u should have discussed with us at our register office.this kind of complaints will not help to resolve the said issue and might affect our market value
and its a kind request to not repeat the nuisance again

Yesterday I have received my balance o.5 Lakhs amount by vendor through cheque . Now everything is cleared.

I bought a flat from AARYA Realities in 2015 as i got a possession in a given time and construction quality is so good i vill suggest to all buyers to go for AARYA Realities for your satisfaction
