Dear sir/madam I am Rajasekhar; I am employee with middle class family. I have suffered some financial problems since last 3 months. So, I have to decide to home based data entry work for extra earning purpose, than I have searched part time job sites in Quikr Web site and I submitted my mail ID & mobile no in several part time homework sites on date 14th Sep’2014. Suddenly 15th Sep’14 at morning, I got a call from [protected] (Kamya?) Delhi. The person introduces herself as Kamya and calling from “Abacus Solutions - Business Executive”. She told me “r u interest to part time job work as data entry”, I said to her, “Yes interest”. Then she told me about data entry work details. She told me about work information and payment information. She told me “We provide PDF file and you have to type 350 to 400 pages in MS word and we will pay Rs.15, 000/- in 15 days only” and you have to pay registration fee only Rs.2, 850/- from that Rs.2, 500/- is refundable after you complete 2nd work, Rs.350/- not refundable because it is documentation charges. She told me about we provide government registration document. First it sounds good to hear anyone to attract it. In that time I have to need extra earning for avoid my financial trouble. But I asked some time for think about joining. I have some doubt than I give this mobile no to my colleague. He also called to her about data entry working information. Another day, on 16th Sep’14 at morning, I got same call from ([protected], Kamya?) her for to interest to join part time data entry work. But I have small doubt this phone call is true or false. I asked to her please give me your web site details and information about mail. She told me to please send your mail ID through sms. I got mail from [protected]@gmail.com in evening 04.05 pm. She gave me all information for data work and payments (Bank’s information) through mail. I searched this web site of www.datatypeingjob.com (Abacus Solution Pvt Ltd). In this web side, they provide two plans of datatypeing works. One of the Gold Plan, which is 15 days duration period and typing pages are 350 to 400 pages and will pay Rs.15, 000/- within 2 days after complete assignment. Second one of the Silver Plan, which is 7 days duration period and typing pages is 150 to 180 pages and will pay Rs. 7, 000/- within 2 days after complete assignment. I have to decide to take Silver Plan for myself. Another day, on 17th Sep’14 at morning, again I got same call from ([protected], kamya?) for joining purpose. She asked me “Are you interest to joining” and I say “Yes” but I have to take “Silver Plan”. She agreed, “Ok, Sir, please hold on line I have to introduce my madam”. She asked me to pay registration fees immediately that provide our bank a/c s through deposit and we will provide data entry work. After some time I got another call from [protected], HO?, she introduces herself as calling from Softech Solution Head office. She asked me, had you paid registration fees, please pay fees immediately as early as possible. Hence I paid Rs.1, 800/- fee through online from HDFC Bank for my account. After that payment, I wish to contact them for future communication. They just giving me wrong date commitment. Then I call in Softech Solution Head office, she told me we will provide work to day evening. But I didn’t receive any work on that day. I have called several times to her for work allotment. On 18th Sep’14 evening, I have received mail from [protected]@gmail.com. They allotted work and submission data is 26th Sep’14. They had given pages information also between 150-180 pages in MS word. They give guidelines and hyperlink (http://homedatatype.com/pdffile/rajshekharmpsa130279) for data entry related PDF file. After completed work submitted on this mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com . I have submitted data work 160 pages on 26th Sep’14, 04.41 pm at evening through mail and called to [protected] (Softech Solution – Head office). But another day I got mail your work is cancelled due to incomplete. In that time, I called to all mobile numbers and they have not received and respond. I AM REALLY FRAUSTRATED FROM ABACUSS SOLUTION AND SOFTECH SOLUTION SERVICES I DON’T WANT TO USE BAD WORDS BUT I CANT HELP IT I. Please you are my last hope. Please sir help me please I want my money. At that when I hear this thing I am really shock and my presser was so high and I have to go to down for my health. My friend I think everyone know that I am big big big fool so everyone try to make fool me. So really so frustration and disappoint from my life and my decision. I need proper help, I am ready to complaint to consumer forum against to both solutions. They cheated and fraud me. I need help for refund my registration fee Rs. 1, 800 and assignment payment Rs. 7, 000/- (whatever it may be) totally I want to refund Rs. 8, 800/- immediately . I want my money back and I suggest to all please avoiding this fraud sites (companies). They have real money hungry tigers. I need my money back Rs. 8, 800/-. Please help me further action.
