I bought a new ac form abans plc sri lanka head office with is locate in colombo 3 bampalapitiya. When was ac install by technician at same day with in 2 hour there is water leak issue in my indoor and there provide solution to that just put an tape in to inside indoor unit stop leak for water drain plastic cover part. I ask a question to lg electronics your product, this is your way providing solution for customers and is there issue in manufacturing product? (New ac unit). The tape will brake with 1 moth or 2 month.in your product if an issue you have to provide a solution proper way, not like this kind of tape solution. Because it was happened same day and it is a new unit will it happened usual? The service provide refuse my complaint and they tall me it is usually happened for every lg unit. The company who worked in abans plc will condemn yours lg product
I'm really disappointed your product and service. This is a first time i had very poor solution to an issue. The lg product will lose customers trust.
