The product FreeStyle Libre sensor was applied on the 17th of february. The application process was standard, that recommended by abbott, no water has been applied to the sensor and no extreme conditions were encountered by it. After approximatelly 2 hours after activation the sensor started to show extremely high values, which were checked with a regularfincger ### test, and the values would be over 200 ml/dL higher than what the blood test showed. Shortly after readings would not be displayed and instead a message saying error and check again in 10 minutes would show. This would be happening for hours. Finally after a series of extremely high, wrong readings and error messages the sensor has ended not even reaching the 24 hour mark. That is a big issue and I would like a replacement or a refund for the damaged product. Was this information helpful? |
