[Resolved]  Abhibus Services India — Refund for cancellation

My ticket costed around Rs. 1499, and I cancelled my ticket one day prior to the journey, I booked ticket as their cancellation policy terms were good. As per their cancellation policy I must receive 95% refund i.e. Rs. 1425. which they also mentioned in the app while booking and also during cancellation. But after cancelling the ticket I got a message saying I will receive only Rs. 642.04. Which is mere 43% . I want to know why I have been charged 57%. When their cancellation policy which shown in App says otherwise?
