Abn Amro — By mistake paid two time card closure amount

Dear Sir,
By mistake we have been paid twice for RBS/ABN-AMRO card closure payment .One by me and second one from my lawyer so please tell me how would I get back additional money?Details are as follows.

Already three reminders are sent to

But not a single response from them
