Abn Amro — regarding settlement of credit card

I had credit card of ABN Amro bank from[protected]. It was life time free credit card. I settled all my dues on that time and after suggestion of bank executives surrendered my card to bank atm box (in cut form) in 2010. After 8-9 years, got call from [protected] to my no [protected] (11/08/2017 at 1:01 pm) that your amount is due on this credit card even I didn’t remember the card no. they are claiming for annual charges more than Rs. 9000. I didn’t receive any correspondence regarding this from bank in between. I would like to mention the card was life time free card so no annual charges prescribed in the form. In CIBIL list it is showing outstanding amount due also.
Please look on this matter and take appropriate step towards unethical behaviour of bank executives.
I want put this record to avoid such type of call from bank representative.
