I need to replace the order id[protected].
Good evening,
I wrote a complaint about this product the same day it was delivered because you have a 3day replace or refund policy - on 26th Nov 2020 at [protected]@aboutfactory.com .
I have contacted you twice in dec but i have recieved no response for the same.
Please let me know what to do.
For the consumers - please don't buy products from this website there have been many complaints about it recently.
