I opted for a service for 10000rs where I would get personal help to find a groom for three months. Firstly I got the personal assistant after over 15days but the period of service had already started. Then after fighting I got the assistant who refused to call and inform, she said her only job was to send three profiles weather it matches my criteria or not it is not her job to look for Her name was Tanushree Dey. Then I contacted their escalation desk, sent an excel sheet stating that all the profiles I have been sent, none matches my criteria, the supervisor Ricky Chakraborty assured that he will personally look at my issue and handle my account. But they service remained same and he sent me accounts which did not match anywhere close. They could not connect me with even a single prospect. I spoke to another supervisor to get refund she said its not possible. Now they keep calling my parents and try to sell some service. I am fed up by their calls and irresponsible behavior. I would like to get my money back. My ABP -AW 14726699. If anyone wants I can share all the email conversation I had with ABP.
