I had ordered two chinos from fabpanda.com site but due to bad quality of product, need to return it.I had raised the request on 14 jan, 2015.They said return pickup will be done within 5-7 days but till now no body has come to take it.I am daily bringing this luggage to office hoping that someone will come to pick it up but get disappointed everyday.There customer care no. is completely fake, there are no attendants to listen to customer's complain and try to resolve them, the only thing which they do is to record our voice stating our concerns, god knows who listen to those complaints.Will suggest everyone not to purchase from this site as it is completely wastage of money and time.
