My Material has reached delivery location Cuddalore. However, to our utmost rude shock, person in Cuddalore office very harshly rejected to deliver our material and they will not deliver it at any cost.
How can you decline the delivery of material when we have trusted you. Is this the way you deal with your customers. Is this your work ethics. Do we need to tolerate all this when we are paying for what you are doing.
This occurred as a result of Jayprakash Singh in Vapi making a mistake in the bill at the Vapi booking office; nevertheless, he is refusing to speak and provide help and explanation. Someone from Cuddalore claimed there was an internal problem, and we are suffering as a result of your service.
Do we really need to put up with this when we are paying for what you do?
Also people sitting in Cuddalore office are very ill mannered, obnoxious and disrespectful. They never answer properly and treat customers very cheaply and provide very inadequate assistance.
We are in huge truoble with our customer due to this. We are truly disappointed and helpless for choosing your service.
