I have booked my parcel with abt bangalore doorvaninagar-ka to thrissur tcrk on 31 aug 2018, with the tracking number 908801 the the parcel is not yet reachd today 14:35 pm i have contacted the office number they says the parcel reachd coimbatore but the online tracking is not showing the parcel location. When i asked this the branch person said that they forgot to send the product bill along with the parcel

A motor and starter(Brand name : ABB) which was sent from Erode to Tirunelveli on[protected] is missing. Its been like 20 days and there is no response. Kindly do the needful ASAP. This is seriously [censored] service from ABT parcel service. Because of this we are facing a terrible setback in our business.
