Lr no 908278 booked from bangalore to chennai they charged 935 and collected additionally 375 rs saying that they will repack again. Booked at abt parcel service dooravani ngr opp to kr puram station no bill for this. Again at chennai pallavaram, chennai they collected 200 as bribe to handover goods no bill was given. It is a big shame for abt for such things. Geetha[protected]

Mr.Venkatesan from ABT head office came personally after hearing from both parties decided and refunded the bribe amount without bill. Problem resolved

We are doing business with abt for quite some years, but now working with abt is become a big headache beacause of the person handling kondalampatty branch.
#1.he is not present anytime of the day.so always we have to go atleast 4 times for 1 delivery.

#2.he is very rude over the phone & asks us not to do business.

very very poor service they are very irresponsible, i booked a parcel from Coimbatore to ooty on 17.1.19 and still they dint send the material.when i enquirer they said we forgot to load the item, they repeatedly said the same reason for three days . i don't know what kind of service is this.
