ABT Parcel Service — Two wheeler damaged

Dear Sir/Mam, I shifted my two wheeler from Arakonam, Tamil Nadu to Thrissur, Kerala using the ABT Parcel service initially they said they are charging ₹2, 256/-, then they charged extra ₹544/- for packing charges and we paid it, the packing was horrible, now after the vehicle has arrived at the destination station they are again charging ₹500/-. This is literally cheating, and also the vehicle's fuel tank is damaged, right side indicator is damaged, front break lever is damaged above all this the agent's behaviour is very rude, he blamed something in Malayalam saying Tamil... I don't know to whom I should report this contacted their email ID but it says email undelivered.
