I am a registered owner of 1000 sqft.space in ABW business Bay.I had invested in the month of May 2008 and signed MOU.The company had agreed to pay 11% assured return p.a and they had stopped paying the same from August 2015.The project has been left unfinished and I donot think the company has intentions in completing the same.
In this regards I had filed a case against ABW in the LOK ADALAT and the sentencing is due soon by the honourable court.
I would strongly feel that that we must fight for getting our investment back from this builder.
