Acc Cement — ACC Concrete+ Cement is not good for construction (Plastering walls).

I used Concrete + Cement as a best quality cement, as advised by the ACC advisory, but plastering after 3 months, I found plenty of cracks on exterior walls of whole house bcoz of its hardness. when we use it for plastering it will get soon harder, dry and forms cracks. I complained the ACC help line about this and in response to that the advisers visited the site and said it is due to wind over the house, i said it is happened every where but they denied to accept the fault of the cement. I said, I approach the consumer court for my right, but the dealer said such around 1300 cases are going on through t India and one more case makes nothing difference to the company. How a common man can understand quality of cement, bcoz this will happen after completion of construction. Now i am suffering mentally.
