BUSINESS MISCONDUCT AND EXPLOITATION BY ACC CEMENT SEHORE (MADHYA PRADESH) SALES TEAM
After ACC Sehore (Madhya Pradesh) Area Manager Mr Raghvendra Visit and consultation for dealership, he confirmed to prepare all the documents and DD in favor of ACC LTD, all the docs and DD were arranged and on his confirmation Inauguration of Dealership counter was also scheduled but just before Inauguration ( Cards were distributed on his confirmation) he suddenly stopped responding to the calls and he didn’t deliver the bags as committed earlier.
Mr Raghvendra who was coordinating with us and assuring us to start the business stopped responding and efforts of my father who is an old man went in vain, he was very enthusiastic about the business and left embarrassed in front of community and customers, apart from this, time, energy and mental peace has been ruined for 2 months and even after such misconduct the damage has not been compensated
Post highlighting the matter to RM Bhopal Mr Ashutosh Bajpayee he confirmed to resolve the issue but after weeks of lingering no solution provided and post his recent visit( after endless follow ups) he asked us to shift the dealership to other location if want to work with ACC cement
