When I got the unbill amount on August 13, I found to my horror that Prorated Overage Charges of Rs. 2947 has been charged. Idea cellular alert messages clearly indicate that my booster pack is active and the data usage has not exceeded the limit. Customer care executive said thet she can't solve my problem. But why I am pay unnecessary amount. Idea also stop my service. Its so foolish things. Idea executive also gave me some foolish regions about the amount. But when I ask some question about unbilling amount then she told to wait for bill. Tell me how I wait for bill which will be come 1sept. And idea say to me block my mobile no.

Please This prorated overage charges should be reversed immediately.
