[Resolved]  Accenture India — No follow up for candidate id C09192420 regarding document submission

I am experiencing an issue with the document submission process on the Accenture document submission portal. From 2 days it is showing "your account has been locked.Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again." And earlier, Despite not having submitted any documents, I have recieved a message stating "your application was successfully already submitted and confirmation email was sent to the email address you provided."

I have tried refreshing the page, clearing my browser's cache and cookies, and using a different browser, but the issue persists.

Even I tried contacting support team through email and calls but not getting any response. I tried calling POC many times but their not responding.

I hope support team considers this and could assist me to complete the document submission process.
