Accenture India — PF transfer is pending from 3 years

I was an employee of accenture from march 2013 till Jan 2018. My emp id was 10855005. My pf account number is MHBAN[protected]. Previous to accenture, I was an employee of Oracle. But my two PF accounts are not merged. My oracle's PF account number is KDMAL[protected].

I have initiated the transfer request offline too and submitted the form13 at the below mentioned address.

I have also got the confirmation from accenture regarding the same. Please find attached the whole mail chain for the same too.

I have raised many requests to accenture as well as to epf portal but no luck till now.

In my earlier request, I got a response from accenture EPF team to follow the attached process. But unfortunately, everytime i tried doing it, i got the error as "something went wrong, please try again later". I have tried the same thing numerous times but no luck. Please find below the error screenshot.

Because of which I raised the grievance also on the epf portal, and got the response from the epf team as "You are requested to contact to your employer or raised grievance in epfo helpdesk for this technical issue.". Kindly help in merging the both of my accounts from your end please. It's really pathetic to keep raising the grievance at epf as they are just delegating the things from one end to other.

I request you to please merge both of my PF accounts, so that I can raise the request for withdrawing the amount.

PS: with my oracle account, I do not have any UAN, while from accenture its[protected].
