Accenture India — Unable to take coding assessment due to technical issue

I 'Rashi Gupta' recently applied for Accenture ASE & SE roles for the 2021 graduate batch. My cognitive and technical assessment was scheduled today[protected]. I successfully completed and passed round 1 but when I tried to login to the test again for coding assessment 'Test Validity' error was there, inspite I logged into the system on time for the coding test.
