I purchase the Accu chek monitor and this monitor was unfreindly to use thus I made the complaint and they replace the monitor with accu chek aviva, now on another day I got the error E-N on screen after switchin it on and without inserting the strip thus I made the complaint and agent came to house checked the monitor and says everythin is OK and simply creating the big issue for the screen message you got it some technical issue with montior you got the mesage that's not a big problem, thus company refuse to replace the monitor. Company's agent agreed that it may be some fault and refuse to replace the monitor. Later I found the variation in reading, I took the test in lab and with OneTouch monitor compare the blood same sample and the result with accu check was very huge. The lab and one touch reading was approximately same with 1% variation where as accu check compare with lab and onetouch reading it gave the variations of 11%...even after they refuse forrefund or replacement stating that as per ISO the variation must be upto 15%. So my queston is why customer should go for accu chek if there's moniotr gives result near to ISO 15% variation comapre with lab result and if another company monitor gives appropriate result with 1% variation compare with lab result?
Thus asking for refund.
The other issue is that it takes more then 1 hour or two to get in touch with accu chek customer support where as with any other company suuport team you will get connected within a second and max to 5 minutes. Top of that agents disconnected the calls from there end and manager refuses to tranfer the call to there manager I do not know why? If customer wants to speak to his manger, they should transfer the call or arrage the call back from there's manager with the time frame butthey refuse it.
Now another question is that they do not trust there customer so please do not go for accu chek.
I said that one fine morning when I swtich the monitor got screen error E-N and they claims monitor is not defective (please refer avove for the details) where on toehr hand they says its some error happend once so there may be some fault. There policy is to replace the monitor if it has fault, I got the error screen message that mean the monitor is defective and they are refusing to replace stating that they have already replace once so this means if customers recieves the replace monitor as defective from the factory, the copany should raised the hand saying that we have replace the monitor and our job is over do whatever you want throw it amd waste your money we do not care.
Please make a note and keep in mind that Accu chek is farud company and they do not trust there's company.
