Acdpc — Bhagwan Mahavir College ask fees again for admission

I paid fees to getting admission in Information Technology in Bhagvan Mahavir College in second round from your web site gujdiploma.nic.in through online mode on 21st July 2015. I went to college for reporting after paid fees, at that time that college said to me that you have to pay fees at a time to get admission, but in your diploma booklet that is mention that you not have to pay any fees or not need to submit any document at this moment, so i said same to college officer but he said if you want to take admission then you must have to pay fees 27000 now, then only your admission will be confirm. I said him that i already paid 10000 then why i have to pay 27000, he said that my 10000 fees will be subtracted from second semester's fees after 6 month. Why that college said like that, in booklet you cleanly specified that no need to pay any fees for admission again and i also call on your helpline number and he also said that you doesnt need to pay any fees now. And in your booklet the college fess is 40000 per year so that 20000 per sem, but this college is said me too pay fees 27000 for per semester. I want to raise complain for this college. Please sir reply me as soon as possible now what should i have to do?
