Greetings!
This is Yogesh Lakhanpaul, one of the residents in your ACE PARKWAY, Sector 150.
I just wanted to take up the matter regarding my ongoing issues due to nagligence of your managing staff of the society.
It has been 1 week now that I had requested for the rectification of WC in the toilet which was installed below the standard height and due to which my mother, who is super senior citizen above 80 years of age. Is suffering a lot and very uncomfortable to be able use the toilet properly and requires 3rd person's support to do so.
Despite my regular follow ups and request nothing has happened so far, and I have been directed to one or the other person for the work and no one is seriously doing his responsibilities.
Therefore I would like to request to whomsoever is concerned person or department to help me to resolve the issue as early as possible.
One thing I would like to to state after my 1st experience with ACE group Society is that the management here is total failure, unorganised, irresponsible and unprofessional.
Kindly excuse me for my words but after this I would never recommend this Company to anyone for being a resident of ACE group residential society. I hope you wold be able to understand my agony.
