Myself is parveen seth, residing in delhi.
We booked a flat in ace parkway of ace infracity developers at the name of mrs. Parveen seth & mr. Anant seth in june’2018.
We paid them 50, 000 inr as token money.
But unfortunately we could not continue due to our some unavoidable conditions.
Therefore we requested them for its cancellation.
We send many mails and did phone calls to them but they keep on buying time.
Finally last they said that our token money cannot be returned as per their policy.
Now we feels they had cheated us by hiding the information at the time of booking.
