I booked the plot in Shree City 2 in Jan'2013 on Ajmer-Jaipur expressway promised to be delivered by Jan'16
with a buffer of 6 months so u can say till July'16. However till now March'17 there is no progress on that project. even the land is still not acquired completely as per them.
I have given the complete payment by June'14.
We are asking for refund with minimum interest since since June'16, but they say if we dont have funds to refunds the money and Still asking us to wait for 1 more year. If we go to site there is no work done and no progress. Not sure about the credibility of this company .
We are looking for refund of money with 10% ROI every year. We will assume we have put money in FD.
