[Resolved]  Ace2Three — Account disabled

I'm using Ace2three from past one year recently my account got disabled without any reason. When I contacted them they sent me a mail stating your account permanently disabled due to unfair game play.
I did not played any unfair game, regularly I'm making deposit and withdrawal only j don't know why they disabled my account I have cash in my account. Kindly look into the matter and please reactivate my account.

With reference to your query regarding the account deactivation, we found Ace2three account "manubm50" with the provided mobile number and it was deactivated under duplicate account and hence, you will not be able to login to this account anymore. We did not found any other Ace2three account with the given email id.

We see that your query is not matching with this Ace2three account. Please do get back to us from the registered email id of your primary account or You can also call us on our customer care number[protected] to discuss regarding the same.

Creating multiple accounts is against the policy of Ace2three, Please make sure that no duplicate accounts are created.
