Referring to your report, we understand that your concern is regards your struck and negative balance in your A23 account.
As per the call conversation which you had with the customer support on Date 13-May-2023, we have already escalated the concern to our concerned team.
However as informed on Date 17-May-2023 we have resolved the negative balance issue. Concern team is investigating struck chips issue on priority basis and as agreed the resolution we have also issued a gift voucher to your account on the same day.
