[Resolved]  Ace2Three — Showing Pancard already registered

Hi, my self Yasin Akbar shaikh. My registered email id : [protected]@gmail.com my registered mobile no. [protected]. Yesterday night I won 26000+ amt. In pool of Rs 5000/- but I didn't received money. Ace23 is asking for verification of Pancard. I put my pancard and it's showing my pan is already registered. So please do something and give me my winning money as soon as possible.

With reference to your email we understand that your concern is regards to TDS winnings.

Please be updated that if a players wins a Game where prize amount of a single game is more than 10, 000 then 30% TDS deduction will be there from your winnings.

So, in Game ID : [protected] you have won more then Rs 10000 because of which 30% of your winnings got deducted as per Government rule and now we need your Pan Document to release your winnings.

Also, we understand that you are facing issue while uploading your Pan document.

Hence we suggest you to send your Pan document from your registered email id to "[protected]@a23.com" along with the issue related screenshot before the expiry of your TDS amount so that we could check and assist accordingly.

Futher we suggest you to email us along with your user id at "[protected]@a23.com" so that we could assist accordingly.
