Acharya Nagarjuna University — lost original degree during travel

Hi sir/madam,

I completed my b. Pharm from chalapathi institute of pharmaceutical sciences guntur lam with my admisssion no y8ph540. I applied for original certificate and got the same through postal. Unfortunately i lost my od few days back, i want to apply for few exams where i require only my original degree certificate since the provisional degree is no longer valid. So kindly tell me procedure to get duplicate original degree from university.
Please do tell me and i need it on emergency basis.
