Acharya Nagarjuna University — OD delay

My name is PILLUTLA CHINNA VENKATANARASAIAH. I have studied MBA in Hindu college of management Guntur Acharya Nagarjuna University from 2014-16.
On June 6th I applied for OD certificate and the application with attested copies were submitted to Jr. Assistant Mr, T.Venkatesh, since the certificate is needed for me I thought to get certificate by Tatkal which costs 3500 to him, till today he didn’t provide me certificate and making delay
