This is to inform you that I Shiv Kumar had applied for the graduation degree through Achievia education franchise running by Mr. Noor and his contact num, ber is [protected] in G-8 Ground Floor | Kalindi Kunj Road | New Delhi- 110025 .

I have given the full payment and i was told that i will get the degree with in 25 days.

But its been a year neither he provided me the degree nor he attends my call.i had given the payment on 9 feb 2019.
