Achoos — extra bus fare taken

I traveled from kathrikadav to thykkodam at around 5.45pm today (Mar 30, 2018). Conductor took rs.10 instead of rs. 8. And printed kaloor to kundanoor instead of kathrikadav to thykkodam. When asked, he told this is the new charge and kundanoor is printed since it is the point. He argued and behaved badly. When i checked it is seen that the ticket date and time is very very old (2009). It is a real crime they are doing by cheating passengers. Kindly check and do the needful. Thanks.
