Acliv Technologies — fraud company and third class management

I am working with acliv technology and my location is delhi (As usual client site).
Lots of issue in this company, company management never told you his policy before joining or after joining, they have very different policy (Mean not cover under iso), if you ask about. Leave record they never clarify your leave record (You can say directly fraud of this company), guy's it is requested before joining you think twice because company management and policy is third class.
