Hi Team,
Active Recruitment Agency charged me a refundable registration fees of Rs. 6500/- on Oct 5, 2015. They were not able to provide me services (providing maid for household work). It has been more than 2 months. I have been following them but unable to get refund.
Please help and guide me through this.

1. Not provided Maid after taking registration money of Rs 5000-
I registered with Excel manpower services for providing 24 hour maid and paid them Rs 5000/- on 19 Aug 2015 by internet banking NEFT transfer through ICICI bank transaction ID[protected] IN THEIR bank account registered as ACTIVE RECRUITMENT AGENCY in RBL bank A/C no[protected], . however now their mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] are switched off. Please help me to get my money back as this company is fraud.
