I don't know whether any action would be taken or not through this complaint but as a responsible citizen i have to make sure that this point comes before general public.
Today, on 18/11/2017, i went to adani cng - behind trident complex, vadodara. My cng bill was rs 446.63, i have given 500 rs and in exchange, the boy only returns rs 50., when i asked for the change, he refused and than i have said that give me rs 10, i give u change. Than he misbehaved telling that client should ask for the change i. E. His point was that it's not his duty to provide change money.
This should be strictly reviewed at adani pumps and its their credit matters. Otherwise general public can also go to media and can smash adani for the same Was this information helpful? |
