Harassing for payment from Charkop kandivali

No one is taking action against Sudesh naik from Charkop kandivali recovery department as he is harrasing a lot. This is my 4 complaint and no one is concerned about it my consumer number is[protected]. I request you to take action as I will die beacause of him as health is going down beacuse of him

Sending gundas for recovery

I person named Sudesh Naik who says that he is a manager of recovery depatment from charcop kandivali has send some person to take the meter and telling to pay 12800 and told that if the meter is removed then I have to pay extra 5000 so total he said that I have to pay 17500. Payment failure

Every time i make a payment on your website through internet banking, it gives an error saying payment failed though the amount gets credited from the bank.
This is happening very often since the change from Vijaya bank to Bank of Baroda.
Please look at your backend systems and databases and make necessary adjustments to the merged banks payment gateways....

Rise in bill from 3 months

Apartment has not been installed with any electronic equipments or fans or tubelight.
It's a bearshell flat and still the bill is showing a figure of 4910/-

Complain on due date

This is to bring to your attention that I have 2 electricity due dates for the month of August. The first was on 2nd August 2021 and the next one is on the 31st August 2021. Irrespective of what your company policy is, it is impossible for common man to pay a bill twice in the same month.
