Adani Electricity — Name Changing on my bill

Address: C-401 KINGSTON, CHINCHOLI BUNDER, MALAD WEST

Since long time I was trying to change our name on bill from builders to my name with online process. But I could not.Due to what reason I could not find. Can you please help on that.
Can I do this with my original document from any Adani Branch with offline.

It happened to me, take help of a consultant. I paid 1500 to the consultant for change of name. Adani helpdesk will not help you.
