My Adani gas pipeline connection stopped suddenly one day so I filled a complaint. Man came to check it and informed there's just minor air suction problem and left. Then next day all residents in my apartment had the same connection problem so they filled complaint. Men came and fixed it in common line but still my connection wasn't resolved. Then in few days meter reading guy came and informed that gas was licking so he removed the line to geyser connection and left. Then reading was taken and I was due for 5000RS of bill payment which is not possible. So I went to customer care located at Drive-in and they didn't respond well. I showed all the proof and still denied to move with my request for double checking the amount due. They claimed that this pipeline didn't belong to them despite my proof of buying it in 2016. I went there twice and got no response. I'm a senior citizen living on my own with no back support and yet I went there twice and got back with no solution.
